ORAS I | OLIVEs in oil
Table olives carefully selected from amongst the best Italian cultivars, washed and debittered in salt water for at least 30 days, then washed again and immersed in a pot of choice Extra virgin olive oil that is reusable as a dressing.
They are presented whole, with pits, with the opaque colour typical of the natural debittering. With a crisp consistency and a delicate taste, thanks to the fusion of the drupe’s fragrance with the extra virgin olive oil.
They are a true delicacy to try as an an appetiser or as an ingredient for many savoury recipes.
