This TRENTO DOC of great structure and fragrance is obtained
from a selection of cultivated Chardonnay grapes in Trentino.
Through pressing the harvested grapes by hand, a must is obtained
that ferments in steel vessels at a controlled temperature.
Sparkling is carried out in the spring. The base wine ferments
in bottles. Yeasts aging ranges from 24 to 36 months.
Appearance: straw-yellow colour and fine, persistent pearlescence.
Bouquet: Elegant with fruity notes of citrus,
white flowers and a hint of pastry.
Taste: Intensely harmonious and elegant with complex
structure and long finish. It manifests a slight fruity note,
a hint of yeast.
Excellent with fish dishes.
Serving temperature: 6 ° – 8 °.
