Cesareo Monastero 1689 Bianco presents a golden colour with decisive shades of green. Fruity aromas alternate with mineral and salty hints, creating an intense and intriguing bouquet.
The wine offers multiple in mouth sensations. Tense and gritty flavour in which salinity and crunchiness stand out to complete a long and rich finish. In the cellar, the wine is aged in steel.
